How It Works

Get to know Lexica's system and how it streamlines the estate planning process for your clients. In summary: you provide the clients, Lexica provides the rest.
You can set yourself up in minutes by simply choosing the Lexica online software subscription plan that best suits you, and then provide some basic details about your business. It’s that easy!

Output your client database from whichever CRM or practice management software you currently use. All you need is a .csv format (industry standard which can be output from Microsoft Excel).

Now that your clients are in the Lexica system, you remain in complete control of who is contacted, when, and by what means. You can then reach out to them with a suite of Lexica marketing resources.

You can use our template, or customise the message yourself – or even just send individual emails to selected clients. You can also choose whether or not to include Lexica’s helpful educational brochures and video content, with the option to white label.

Presented in a format that is easy to understand and complete, the 3-minute questionnaire can be done entirely online via either desktop or mobile. You could also choose to have your client complete it at your office during their next appointment.

The Risk Analysis Report will be sent to you first, so that you can view it before sending to your client at the click of a button. You can choose from a templated message, type your own, or choose to have your client access the report immediately after completing their questionnaire.

Having been sent a copy of their Risk Assessment Report and analysing their position with you. Your client is invited to get a cost on creating a high-quality Will or Testamentary Trust Will. Lexica provides you with a panel of an accredited range of Estate Planning Expert Lawyers. The lawyer that you choose can provide your client with a cost-effective Will or Testamentary Trust Will estimate. You choose the lawyer of your choice and introduce them to your client by the touch of a button.

Once you have chosen one of our Estate Planning expert legal partners  (or a lawyer that you know who subscribes to Lexica) you can simply automatically grant them access in order for them to do your client’s Estate Plan.

Once the lawyer has access to the client through Lexica, they can begin the process simply and quickly from within the system. They or you can set up a case and send your client an online fact finder. The client is granted automatic access to the fact finder after the client has paid a 50% deposit or the full amount of the Estate Plan costs. You can make the process easier for your client by pre-filling any information (e.g. superannuation details, Portfolio of assets) that you may have. Completing this questionnaire will likely take them around 25 – 35 minutes.

An accredited lawyer can then review the information from Lexica and is able to complete the legal part of the work such as basic will, a Testamentary trust will, enduring power of attorney, guardianship and advance health care directive. The Lawyers will give your client recommendations and generate a fit for purpose cost effective Estate Plan for your client.
